Bimpy borrower experience

Bimpy is a borrower-facing technology experience used by Las Vegas Mortgage to help users explore mortgage scenarios, provide application-related information, manage documents and appointments, and communicate with loan officers.

Estimates, illustrations, prototype pricing, calculators, and other informational outputs are not a commitment to lend, loan approval, rate lock, or guarantee of credit terms. Final eligibility, rates, fees, underwriting, and loan terms depend on applicable lender requirements and completed review.

SMS program

Program name: Las Vegas Mortgage — Bimpy Borrower Notifications.

If you affirmatively opt in to SMS, Las Vegas Mortgage may send service-related text messages through Bimpy. Messages may include appointment reminders, document request notifications, mortgage application status updates, and communications related to servicing your borrower inquiry or application.

Message frequency varies. Message frequency depends on your borrower activity, appointments, document requests, application status, and communications with your loan officer.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's rates and terms apply.

STOP: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. After an opt-out request is processed, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages from this SMS program unless you later opt in again.

HELP: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact your loan officer through the Bimpy borrower experience.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of obtaining mortgage services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Electronic communications

When you choose supported electronic communication channels, you are responsible for providing current contact information and for access to the email account or mobile number you provide. Communication preferences can be changed through supported Bimpy controls.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Bimpy, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable as providers, product requirements, security controls, or regulatory requirements change. External provider availability is not guaranteed.
